Elijah Zane

Elijah Zane was born and raised in Victoria, Texas.  As a kid he spent a lot of time at the family junkyard (aka “recycling center”) burning metal in the Texas heat while listening to local radio station 106.9 the Rock where they aired music which inspired his original music.

Artists such as Chris Duarte, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Ian Moore, CCR, Delbert McClinton, The Black Crowes, Van Morrison and more were his favorite.  He learned how to play the guitar and the Blues at church and from family and friends.

After graduating high school he then moved to San Antonio, Texas to continue his college and musical career.  There he opened up for Chris Duarte, Ian Moore, Vallejo and other local artists.  He also performed at various venues throughout the Alamo City and commuted to Austin, Texas back and forth for shows on 6th street.

Elijah Zane now lives in Austin, Texas and performs regularly at local venues such as The Skylark Lounge, The Saxon Pub, and Antone’s with Miss Lavelle White.  Elijah Zane’s original music has a combination of Texas Blues, Latin, Soul and Blues Rock.  His new EP record, “How it Feels” includes three songs that showcase his ability to design and arrange music with many other instruments other than the guitar.  Elijah Zane hopes to reach audiences all over the world through his passion for original music and creativity.

He'll be performing with a New Zealand band, The Down Under.
