Peter McDowell has been playing electric blues guitar and singing the blues since 1964 (age 13).

Based in Sydney, Australia he has spent his musical life playing electric guitar and singing in bands, tribute shows, duo's and solo.

She has performed for the past 3 years at the Bay of Islands Jazz and Blues festival, and is so pleased to be performing for the 25th anniversary of the festival.

 

Heather has a fascinating stage presence, and her passion is searching for the “great songs”. Finding these songs, and giving them a personal touch, is the key to her inspirational performances. (Adding a few extra jazz chords always helps)

 

Heather will be performing a few of her original songs as well, some written specifically for this festival.
